William W. Neal William Neal has served as a director since 1989. He is a private investor. Mr. Neal formerly served as Managing Principal of Piedmont Venture Partners from 1996 to 2001. From 1989 to 1996, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Broadway and Seymour, a company that provided software and computer systems to the banking industry. From 1985 through July 1989, he was a general partner of Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (WCAS), an investment firm. Mr. Neal was Senior Vice President, Marketing of Automated Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) from 1984 to 1985 and a Group President of ADP from 1978 to 1984. He served as a director of ADP from 1982 to 1985.
