Richard H. Stowe Richard Stowe has served as a director since 1989. He is a private investor and Senior Advisor to Capital Counsel LLC, an asset management firm. From 1979 until 1998, Mr. Stowe was a general partner of WCAS. Prior to 1979, he was a Vice President in the venture capital and corporate finance groups of New Court Securities Corporation (now Rothschild, Inc.). Mr. Stowe is also a director of MedQuist, Inc., a provider of medical record transcription services.
